Cancellation Policy

Request before shipping
The customer can request order cancellation before shipment by writing to info@florencemosaic.com. The request must include the order number, name, email used for the purchase, and a clear cancellation request.
Cancellation not guaranteed
Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed. If the order is already in advanced preparation, packaging, logistical processing, or handover to the courier, we may not be able to stop it.
After shipping
After shipping, the order cannot be canceled. The customer will have to wait for delivery and, if applicable, follow the return procedure.
Effect of the request
Submitting a request does not mean that the order has already been canceled. Cancellation is valid only after confirmation by customer service.
Refund in case of approved cancellation
If the cancellation is approved and payment has already been charged, any refund will be processed to the original payment method. The timing may also depend on the circuit or card issuer.
